I’m so excited to announce that I have found myself a new guilt-free pleasure! I must admit I’m a wanderer in the candy isle whenever I’m grocery shopping, even though I won’t usually buy anything. I stumbled upon some awesome Sugar Free Russell Stover assortments is chocolates the other day! Obviously sugar free, means there is still the fat and carbs, BUT any treat in moderation is fine. I personally would rather have a Russell Stover Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup than a regular Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, for a couple different reason but most importantly the macros are a LOT better. No, it doesn’t taste like a normal Reese’s Cup, but it’s good enough for me and completely fights off my cravings for normal chocolate candy! I love the fact I can have a couple extra chocolate covered peanuts and not feel guilty or go way over my daily goal.
