Life gets busy, trust me I get it! Heres a couple simple things to add in your weekly routine to give yourself a little xtra love that you know you deserve! LOVE IS.....?




15 SIMPLE SELF CARE

•soak up some sun
•watch the sunrise or sunset
•write down something you’re grateful for that day
•listen to soothing music or tones to fall asleep too
•take a bath + read a book
•get breakfast with an old friend 
•volunteer somewhere 
•drink a gallon of water in a day 
•take a long walk outside solo
•make tomorrow’s to-do list 
•try a new restaurant 
•take a yoga class
•journal your thoughts that day
•music up and just start dancing 
•get a massage

I OFFICIALLY MET ONE OF MY FITNESS IDOLS! I’m so excited to share I have officially met Buff Bunny ( Heidi Somers ) herself, and her lovely boyfriend Christian Guzman! Hi everyone! My name is Beth Crow, and I am so excited to be posting my first ever blog! First things first, anyone reading this.. thank you! The last year or so I have had a huge urge to journal and share my life with others. I'm a wanderer at heart and have been traveling as much as possible. I recently backpacked Thailand for 29 days through my birthday, Christmas and New Years 2018. Not only that but I have transformed my body completely in a healthier and happier way. I have been skinny, over-weight, to muscular, and finally finding that happy medium, where I love myself and body!
